VERY advanced game mechanics, definitely ALOT to learn, but pretty damn cool. Worth putting in the "work" FoSho! The passive tree alone had me skurred, excellent gameplay to enjoy...POE2 this week LEZ GOOOOO!!!

Crazy, intense mob density & a few ez boss & challenging bosses along the way so far, well worth it! Good clean shredder fun :)

The Lazy Peon was correct, this is a nice little old school hidden gem. Takes a bit to get used to the playstyle, and youre pretty slow to level up exp, stat, skill & gear wise, but hang with it and you start to kick some arse!
Needs a few tweeks (gathering mats to level crafting is rough) to streamline it a bit, but loved the back half! A swap weapon key is needed to switch ranged & melee for sure (gotta manually put the OH item on skill bar to swap). I cleared most the map content and never got the recipe for the tier 2 or tier 3 bandages, which was a bummer. Pretty interesting, worth it if you have a little patience (about 16+ hours to get max level 10).

Interesting game! Never did anime before, was skeptical at first. The combat & many game features are really outstanding. Pretty cool story / cut scenes but not overpowering like FF14. New MMOs coming out could take a few ideas from this one fosho! Its a bit overwhelming at first, just hang in there, you'll learn alot fast.

No transmogs (absolutely horrible armor EPIC artists!), No mounts (yeah lets walk everywhere ALL the time SLOWLY!), No respec activate/store (manual armor swap with attribute resets Ugh!)...and if all that doesnt take the cake, nobody peels mobs from healers, EVER! The straw that broke the camels back? A 3-day ban for supporting another players chat that "Yeah help your healers out, we're getting raped back here"...a buncha Karens think another players opinion is worthy of reporting to suspend their account. Good Riddance! Fuggoff Filthy Naga!

I wanted to love it, I really did...it has some very cool classes/skills/dungeons/NPCs/Bosses etc but the absolutely insane, over the top amount of cut scenes just sunk it for me, Hard! Literally 80% of my 150+ hours "playing" the game was watching videos of the world taking place around me. After decades of MMOs I expected to be cranking out the kills/quests to level up & improve gear on my toon(s) but thats really just a minimal amount of whats actually going on here. Good Luck!

My first ever "souls" game...almost didnt make it past the 2nd day (uninstall this POS RAWR!!!), died at EVERY turn for a week. A "friend" (pfft lol) actually convinced me to give this a try as Id been cycling thru all my usual "I'm bored" games waiting on Ashes of Creation or Throne & Liberty to "save me" in 2023 (mmhmm). If you're looking for a challenge, and have enough patience to actually learn mechanics, and grind out some levels/gear to strengthen your toon, you'll enjoy it. Vengeance is SWEET when you come back & faceroll a boss that had you ripping out your hair earlier in your adventures (bOOyuh!!! virtual hi-fives!). I'd advise to bookmark the wiki page & sadly, youtube will be a great friend to your progress. This one throws you to the wolves with zero tutorial or guidance. You have to seek out quests from NPCs (exhaust their dialogue) otherwise it feels like aimless wandering with no real point except to get your head bounced off the curb ALOT! Absolutely BRUTAL, period! Have Fun :)

Amazing, Addictive, Unique, Exciting, Crazy...early access wow! Get Some!

So many great, unique features to the game, really enjoyed it UNTIL the endgame phase, it's a damn shame. Absolutely loved all the different aspects of gameplay, combat, collectibles, stronghold, trade skills etc. Took the early advice and trailed a handful of alts behind my main toon to help with progression, which they did. Some pretty sweet classes/skills in the game, very fun.
HOWEVER, once into mid Tier 3 level (with all toons) it really became an RNG nightmare. First off, you HAVE to buy$ pheons ALOT, a currency used to access items through the auction house, which is FINE to help with bots but its insane AMOUNTS per transaction, 80! of them for a new set of accessories (5) & a new ability stone (RNG easy to brick these) off the market place, geezus! That was just the icing on the annoying cake, the REAL kick in the teeth is the BIG change to the honing (gear enchantment/upgrading) system that exists in Tier1 & Tier2 (progessively more difficult the higher level you get your gear, which was fine!). Starting at 1302 (T3) it stays the same until like 1340, then you enter the deadzone of ugrading. All the new content (raids etc) start 1370, 1385, then 1415/1445 with this new dev roadmap saying new 1430/1460 is like a month out. The "restock/reset" week you get more extra crafting mats from a few different sources and you basically vaporize 90+% of them in a few minutes of honing (yay! fun). I managed to get a whole +8 item level (need 30+) with mats I'd been stockpiling AWHILE to make a push to open more content, literally a metric ♥♥♥♥-ton of crystals & stones I'd saved up patiently. FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL attempts for another +1.5 item level, absolutely infuriating to disintegrate everything you have, for very little gain, week after week after week. The option that many use is to just buy more mats with real money, no ty. Had enough peace out girl scouts! Crossing my fingers for Ashes of Creation at this point.
