There are lot of rubbish on Steam for money. This is a good game for free. And in this rare case free means really free, not a free to loose, pay to win bait as usual.

Maybe those who born in the GHz era cant really value it. I dont know. I played games like Alley Cat when that tech level was recent so it brought back old memories. :)

Imho if you are 2-3x times older than the typical cs:go player and played on PC decades ago you should try out You Have to Win the Game.

I think DT is a great game design. Needs more tune, far from perfect, but with some more work it could be great.
My Gf compared it to poker - half luck, half tactics.

Im mostly interested in the multiplayer part of the game.
Recently the main problem is the lack of balance. Its not rare when one player gets good stuff and the other nothing useful for long turns and loose without any chance. The randomness is far too high in this regard.
We found another problem when a game lasts too long (dozens of rounds). After a while its impossible to finish it in practice. The players get too much rooms and resources and neither of them can carry out an attack combo strong enough to win.

The software itself is very buggy now. Got 2 freeze in multiplayer from 8-10 games, randomised attacks try to damage rooms already destroyed in that round, sometimes the cancel button doesnt work etc. The execution is fairly weak now. Should be in early access.

You may ask if I listed a lot of problems with this game why I still recommend it? Cuz when it works its very enjoyable! There is every possibility to solve those problems and then it would be a really good little game for a fair price.

I hope the dev will solve the problems and let us enjoy this game as it really should be!

I will check back on and off and if needed I will change my review in the light of future development.

I really wanted to play and enjoy this outrageous, blasphemous work of the evil, but...

...this game is almost completely BROKEN!

From about 20 tries I was able to run this game only twice - windowed, on far lower res than my native fHD, set to the weakest graph quality. Its freeze all the time on start. I have no problem like that with other games (and I have some...). 3/4 of my game time is from running the setup without starting the actual game for the cards.

Probably I would change my review if / when the game is fixed, but in this state its just a scam.

Literally hurts!

This game is a beautiful hand drawn winter themed platformer.

Entirely child friendly - there is absolutely no aggression, killing, death, fear or anything like that.

Its a journey around the countryside near the house Marvin lives. The goal is to find our mittens some mysterious being stole from us.

As an experienced gamer it took me about 4 hours to 100% complete the game and compared to the price I think it has a fair amount of content. Little kids probably have to play much longer to find everything.
This game is entirely child friendly but that doesnt mean adults cant enjoy it. Usually I play co-op and multi fps games and other stuff far from being family friendly and still played the whole game inside of a day after started it simply cuz it felt good.

Like the drawing the music is beautiful too so it is worth considering to buy the Soundtrack Edition.

I know, I will get a lot of down votes from the fans but I dont care. :)

This game has very beautiful and interesting retro graph. I loved it. The only reason I went through the whole game was to see the most of it. The sounds and the music are good too.

But as a game this is a terrible one. Really.
Originally this game was an arcade game. It was designed to stuff coins. It is impossible (!) to play it through without a lot of continues, no matter how good you are. Im not an experienced 2d shooter player, so there must be ppl who can make it with half of the continues than me, but Im sure its impossible to play it without them. That is understandable for an arcade game where the profit comes from the coins ppl have to throw into the machine, but its a very bad experience on other platforms like PC.

You have 2 choices: play it wiht limited continues and you wont be able to go too far, or play it with unlimited lives but thats not a challenge anymore, just an interactive action cartoon (but a very nicely drawn one).

The controls are terrible - cant aim and move separately, cant aim in angles. "Impossible to dodge boss fights" - and they are ridiculously long and boring. Spawn - drop all the grenades - shot five seconds the same spot - die without a chance. Repeat this at least for 10 minutes at every boss...

Im sure it was a great coin harvester arcade machine but on other platforms its simply a bad mechanism.

If you really like the art style perhaps buy it on a sale and you can play it as an interactive action cartoon for 1,5 hours and thats it.

Maybe this game looks nice on the pictures, but its totally garbage. On my gtx660 its lagging so badly like a top fps maxed out in 4K. (My sys is ok, usually dont have performance issues with other games.)

Physics is terrible even for an arcade game.

Others wrote here the single part is the better. After that I didnt want to see the multi.

Got it from Humble for $1 with two other games - didnt worth the 33c. Its 2 Gb of waste.

Weak graph - 7-8 years old games look much better.

The weapons have ridiculous damage - a combat rifle feels like a .22 toy.

Lot of upgrades, gadgets, skins etc. but only for money. Lot of money. Yes, those stuff can be redeemed by ingame earned score but thats theoretical cuz thausands of played hours wont be enough to get them all.
(And lot of them are absolutely unrealistic in the hands of a front soldier.)

This game is made to be a typical f2p/p2w trap.

There are much better games if u want to play a WWII. multiplayer FPS like Red orchestra / Rising Storm or CoD:WaW and u have to pay only once for them and get all the stuff permanently. As games should be.

A very big disappointment for me!

If your native language isnt english or you dont speak it on a level close to that I absolutely dont recommend this game.
Of course you can "play" it without that, but it wont be a real game driven by your choices, just some partially randomized tv show.

With a dictionary and some time I can read and understand english very well. But this game very often gives so little time to choose from text options I dont even have enough time to read them all. In those situations I cant make a decision, just press a random number or not any. Of course the result not nearly what I would choose.

This gives the vorst combination of a game and a show. I dont have real affect whats happening. Im just a frustrated random number generator but still have to use my hands, press buttons, use the mouse to get forward. If I cant make real choices it would be better just sit back and watch a movie.

I cant enjoy it this way. Its a big crap for me. I want to take my decisions without time limit!

As I see it on the forums Im not the only one. Please help us find a solution to turn off the time limit if you can!

If u have any judgement about why we shouldnt turn off time limit, I dont mind it at all.

Great puzzle game!

It has clean, nice, minimalist visuals and smooth, chilling tunes. The rules are simple and I solved most of the levels under 3-4 minutes but some of them will make you think for a while for sure. Even if you are good with puzzles I think it will take at least 3 or 4 hours to solve them all. The price is fair and Steam Workshop is integrated so there are more user made content after the retail levels.

Smart, quality game. Recommended!
