Do we request a refund through Steam or through EA? I bought this game because I thought I would be able to play with my friends from work who are all on Xbox. Apparently, you can't join parties that are using different platforms. I could try to queue up at the same time as them and hope I randomly get into a game with them, but that is a waste of time.

The game is also not enjoyable.

I have thousands of hours logged between left 4 dead one and two. Granted its not suppose to be the same game and just a spin off of it. The PVP aspect of it is dull, just a circle closing in on you and no instant deaths. The story mode you wait for 15 or 20 mins just to play, the supply lines only give you a little bit of currency for the endless grind of items, and you can complete the story mode in a day if not less.

Again, not saying its suppose to be another Left 4 Dead, but something is missing from this game and I don't foresee myself playing this game a ton.
