It's an interesting idea but the implementation is flawed.

• AI is broken, you have to play online to make any progress.
  
• Online is broken. Frequent disconnects, kicked beceause people don't want low level players, kicked because any number of reasons.
  
• Weapons and items are very expensive but it takes a very long time to earn even a meagre amount of cash.
  
• DLC packs unlock the ability to unlock an item, but doesn't actually unlock it or give you an item.
  
• Police get up after having died.
  
• Police clip through walls.
  
• Police teleport from the floor onto tables.

It's a really great idea but the developers are clearly trying to milk the players for cash, which they could do easily, if they'd only fix it's issues!

Early access should mean that it's a good way done and were polishing it off. This is a long way off that. The game looks and plays nothing like the game shown in the videos above, even with maxiumum graphics settings.

Stay away at least until it's more mature.

Don't buy this for the campaign. The AI spots you from miles away and is super accurate from any range. Not very fun to play and the graphics look very dated.

Kill an hour or so with a friend in co-op for fun, but don't expect to play this for very long. The difficulty ramps up very quickly and there's not much beyond point and shoot.

Horrible on-rails shooter.

Personally I think this is the best version of Simcity that was released. The simulation is pretty challenging and totally worth sinking some hours into.
