This game is great fun but i have to only give it 9 out of 10 as there is not enough nades in the nade launcher to kill ALL my team mates >< especially not when they start running, hard to hit the buggers!

Great fun with friends!

So finally caught up and finished Outlast on stream.

This was my horror game for a while and it did deliver, to say the least, the story, the plot, and the entire subtle that it builds fits so perfectly with the game and the emotions running through your body while playing.

So let's break it down -

Graphic wise the game is nothing impressive but the graphics truly does fit the atmosphere that exists within the game and the way the game is played out, you won't go WOAW over them but you won't think they are bad either, they fit perfectly and it is clear that the developers put a lot of love into matching the graphics/environment with what you feel and how your emotions are running rapid in your body.

Gameplay-wise this is really where the game shines, you will scream, cry, go wtf and be massively surprised as you play through the game, there is so many twists and turns that you won't even know where to start or where to end but that is what makes Outlast a worthy title to be among the top horror games that I've played just after Alien Isolation.

Story-wise the game takes an inexperienced character and puts you into the worst nightmare you can possibly imagine and destroys any chance you have of ever finding peace and quiet afterward, not gonna lie I had my lights on after every stream during the night due to this game and I'm freaking 35!

Sound-wise, I know it is rare I even bring up the sound effects or sounds at all but for this game it fits perfectly, it matches every step, every emotion, every scared little person you've ever heard of, and EVEN if you feel like you are prepared you are REALLY not.

If you wish to know just how scary the game is check out my video here of the funniest moments - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BoSwH2Yv6wE

Well, Styx is one hell of a game, that's it nothing more to say!

Heh well let's go a bit deeper into it, Styx is a game that will make you go WHAT ?! more times than you care to admit, I streamed this on Twitch to a group of people that had never seen it before and we all got surprised with the story as well as the game itself.

The story is straight-up amazing and will catch you off guard and by surprise more than once and even make you cry a little bit when well you will see! (No Spoilers)

Gameplay-wise Styx can be played in every way you want, you can go ass creed and slaughter everyone in your way, it is still stealth if there is no one left alive right? or you can go full stealth mode and never be seen, heard, or even smelled (Yes that is a thing) which is strongly recommended for the harder difficulties. Styx is a very solid gameplay experience and a mix between stealth, puzzle, and problem solving mixed with an amazing sense of humor.

While the graphics are a bit outdated in the cinematics and cutscenes the game age is not showing at all within the game itself and is stunning visuals that often will distract you and end up killing you if you aren't careful, but that's the beauty of the game, even the grimdark places of the game looks beautiful and straight-up amazing equal to the big bright areas there are, you can see the artists spent a lot of time and love on every single level they created.

So yea I strongly recommend Styx for anyone who likes stealth games and who likes to be sneaky with a good sense of humor while keeping a very serious story going forward, it is a game I would recommend to well everyone really, grab it when you can it have already been in multiple sales and bundles so should be easy enough to get and to play!

One advice I will give is that it is a LOT easier to play Keyboard/Mouse compared to Controller due to some minor old bugs when you start jumping around, also be aware of the AI that can glitch now and then but it is never game-breaking or any issues, it brings up some fun moments tho!

Well, this game is a bit of a special one, isn't it?

I streamed this on twitch and I enjoyed the gameplay and the graphics.

That is about all the positive there is about the game, Far Cry 3's story makes no sense at all and the ending is even weirder than any game I've played up to this point, I did one ending and then I went and looked upon the other on youtube with my chat and we were all very shocked that such a solid game could fail so hard on the story.

Gameplay well it is a Far Cry game, guns, bad guys, pew stuff dies, but with the new Ubisoft model of crafting/exploring and tons of side quests to improve and upgrade your gear, pretty standard for a Ubisoft game.

Graphics Far Cry 3 did age very well and still looks absolutely stunning across the board no matter what you do you should honestly take a few moments and just enjoy the world you are in.

Story-wise this game is well ♥♥♥♥, it really is horrible, these guys bad you kill these guys, why? well, coz they are bad and do bad things aka kidnap your friends who were stupid enough to take a holiday on a drug cartel-controlled island, who the hell does that ?!

This is what Far Cry is all about tho, so it is a good installment in the series but if you are hoping for a Far Cry that has a super deep story you will be disappointed, I will still recommend it as it provides EVERYTHING you expect from a Far Cry game, action, guns, free world, exploring and more action.

Ow and a special mention for Vaas for being a better bad guy than the ACTUAL bad guy.

So yea recommended for sure!

As a huge Alien fan, I had to play this, streamed it for my entire community and we had a blast, everything from the graphics, story, and cinematics to the AI was all amazing perfectly suited to bring you the perfect scares and give you a false feeling of being safe and secure now and then but trust me you are so not.

This is one of the most unique aspects of the game, the AI doesn't really care you are there, the Alien just wants to kill/impregnate everyone and you are sorta just in its a way for that goal.

You will have moments where the Alien is hunting you and suddenly it sees other humans and just ignores you to eat them which clearly gives the idea that the Alien is just there to well survive and kill anyone in its way like the movies which is very impressive and great to watch but also a way for you to use and abuse if you understand how to now and then, nothing more fun to lure the Alien into 3-4 heavy-armed guys and watch/hear them die in seconds!

The game is built on the fact that Alien one is the only movie and that's where the story goes from, you are the child of Ripley and wants answers about what happened to your mother, simple plot and easy to follow, but things go sideways when a bunch of explorers finds the Alien crashed ship and brings the parasite back to the station.

Now, this is an old formula that we have seen in the movie Aliens 2 mainly and seen how quickly highly trained marines failed and got wiped out so yea think of it just being you with Alien hunting you, and you have nothing to use but your wits/tools to survive and get away from the station.

This game is a horror game in the best sense of the word, it builds on subtlety and does so amazingly you will have moments where you are feeling completely safe and suddenly the Alien shows up and goes "oh hi" and you will scream like a little school girl, I'm a 35-year-old male and screamed a lot during my playthrough.

If you do not believe me take a look here - https://clips.twitch.tv/SarcasticEasyGarbageBCWarrior

So I highly recommend this game for anyone who likes horror games or the Alien movie series.

So Gothic 1, well this game took me by surprise.

I was strongly suggested to stream and play Gothic 1 by the community of the game when we started to talk about the Gothic remake and Jesus it surprised me.

So first and foremost I will strongly recommend you use the "Spine" launcher or that you get the game on GOG as there is some issues running it directly via steam due to the age of the game and how the tech has changed since 2001.

Now that is being said, Gothic is prob the most buggy game I've ever played but also the most fun due to that, I ended up playing a majority of the game as a meatbug and managed to skip entire chapters by crawling below gates/blockers that I technically shouldn't be able to reach that point in the story.

This however made the game a lot more fun than I expect when first entering and seeing the reaction from some of the hardcore Gothic vets made it just so much more worth it.

The story in Gothic 1 is quite unique and is very compressed, which means you don't waste time doing a ton of quests or things overall that is not linked, everything is made sure to point you towards the end goal no matter what road you choose to go. All this gives you a fluent and fun experience without all the "time-consuming BS" that a lot of newer RPG's try to put in their games to make them take longer.

Overall Gothic 1 is a worthy experience that I believe every RPG gamer should play at some point in their life, graphics is a bit out of date but once you get used to it, it is really a great game.

If you have any issues the Gothic community is strong, very active, and eager to help at any given point.

Cannot wait to play the Remake when it comes out!

Disclaimer: I now work for the publisher behind Gothic 1 and Gothic remake but it did not impact my opinion of Gothic 1, we do make games I do not enjoy as well.

Oh, Halo 3, what can I almost say I've not already said about Halo 1 and Halo 2.

It is a great game, standing up to the test of time for sure and one of the golden gems that Microsoft have, Halo 3 is the game that in fact got me REALLY into the universe back in the days and one of the games that kept me sucked all the way through with some nice surprises along the way, after Halo 3 is over you just want to play Halo 4 instantly and continue the long legacy of Master Chief.

If you wish to see direct gameplay you can always check out - https://youtu.be/rfnzdFabhU8

which is the first part of the entire series (Don't watch too far if you wanna avoid spoilers)

But Master Chief Collection is for sure worth buying when you think of the massive amount of content and games you get for the small price.

So if you are into FPS games and ever-expanding universes the Halo games are for sure something you should pick up.

Halo 2 is always a pleasant surprise in the game series, it is one of the best Halo games out there and Microsoft did not disappoint when moving it over to PC that's for sure.

Graphic wise the game is up to standard and what you would expect from a Halo game, storywise well it is Halo! You should know the story by now Master Chief kicks ass and destroys everyone!

It is one of the few gems that are always worth playing and getting back into, especially now that you get it included in the Master Chief Collection where you get Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo ODST, Halo 4, and ofc Halo Reach for one tiny price.

This is one of the games I've loved the most and always starts streaming as soon as they get released even bypassing my own schedule as I love the universe that this takes place in so much.

If you wish to see direct gameplay you can always check out - https://youtu.be/rQ4WyvRO9hE which is the first part of the entire series (Don't watch too far if you wanna avoid spoilers)

But Master Chief Collection is for sure worth buying when you think of the massive amount of content and games you get for the small price.
