The replayability of this game is staggering. Extremly high skill ceiling, you probably will never be able to master it completely, and you will always be improving.

The collection of skins is addicting and wallet-draining at the same time. My advice if you want to open cases? SET A LIMIT AND STICK TO IT.

The game also has a crazy amount of mod content that will keep to entertained if getting 1-tapped around corners isn't your thing. I really enjoy surfing to relax and just unwind before and after a session.

PROs:

- Seriously? It's CS. This game is mad fun.
- The skin grind is real. Big opportunities to make money and lose (a lot) of money.
- Lots of mods outside of the core game that are mad fun.

CONs:

- Cheating is a real thing in matchmaking right now.

A fantastic upgrade from Borderlands 1, Borderlands 2 does what the first tried to do, fixed a whole mess of glaring issues, and added a lot more content.

An abusrd amount of content, in the form of the retail game and all the DLC will keep you occupied for hours. A crazy amount of guns to collect. While the game shines 100% when played co-op with friends, the game is still fun and enjoyable when played solo.

PROs:

- So. Much. Stuff. To. Do. I still haven't done everything
- Combat is very satisfying, and is enhanced with all the different guns you could be using.
- Game scales well with level and difficulty. I never really found myself too underleveled or overleveld.
- Dialog and writing is specific in it's style. Very comedic, punchy, and witty, possibly not for everyone but I enjoyed it.
- Art style is styalized and appealing.

CONs:

- Skill trees seemed overly complex and debilitating. In addition it was often tied to your equipment, which in this game is changed VERY often.
- Some might have issue with the RNG element of the game with loot drops.

The aesthetic design of this game is gorgeous, abet repetitive. Solid, bold, punchy colors alongside a sterile white really sets the mood for this futuristic dystopian world.

But aside from the world design, the movement is clunky, the combat is often unresponsive, and the game's trial-and-error gameplay is not too appealing. In addition, the story is severely lacking.

PROs:

- AMAZING art direction
- Very high attention to textures and lighting
- Chaining moves is satisfying

CONs:

- Story lacks
- Movement doesn't quite do what you expect it to do sometimes
- Combat is a weakpoint
- QT events are plentiful, difficult, and sometimes don't register properly
