game runs awful on my 7950x system with a 7900xtx never hits above 50 fps even at 720p. that was on both debian linux and arch linux. but funny enough on the steam deck it is a solid 60 fps without any crashing and is a wonderful experience. also tried steam os on another desktop of mine and it was also 60 fps and a great experience, (if you have an amd gpu you can install steam os through the steam deck recovery image) I dont know what steam os is cooking, that this game likes but its necessary. which is unacceptable especially since it looks like windows players have worse issues than linux users as well. if you have a steam deck it is well worth it or are running steam os, if not I would pass on this game.

The game runs great on Linux! There isn't any stuttering or frame timing issues. That along with the addicting game loop of SMT, it's fantastic! I highly recommend picking this up if you enjoy SMT and/ or Persona. One thing I think is a slight negative, is that the cut scenes are all low res. Kind of expected since it's a switch port. Another would be to include more graphical settings for those with lower end systems.

I love this game but after an update the game just ctd no matter what I do. I didnt have this issue before the full release. needs to be fixed.

gameplay was fun. I like world that was built, but the story was meh. the character dialogue is down right cringe. a lot of things dont mesh well and the writing over all is sub par. still not a bad pick up for around 20$ or less for the combat.

5900x, 64gbs of ram, rx 6700, tell me why I cannot run above 60fps on the lowest settings at all times? but dont worry, there are plenty micro transactions. easy refund.
