Open Steam, go to PRIVATE MATCH, create private classes.
Class requirements:

SNIPER
Primary: Only Sniper
Secondary: Only 44. Magnum or Desert Eagle
Lethal: NO Frag Granades
Tactical: ALL
Perk 1: NO Extreme Conditioning, NO Scavenger
Perk 2: NO Blast Shield, NO Overkill
Perk 3: NO Steady Aim, NO Dead Silence
Stricke package Assault: NO Care Package, NO AH-6 Overwatch, NO Jugger, NO AC-130, NO Pave Low, NO Osprey
