Serious Part: Used to play on Xbox and haven't touched this game in ages and recently got it (for free) after buying a new Radeon card, and after reading other reviews, I believe they are being harsh.

I have both Supreme Commander AND Forged Alliance, so I am trying not to be biased. Both games have pros and cons, but I honestly prefer the original SC over Forged Alliance, and here's why:

Yeah, FA has all the DLC and everything, but it's not the same. AI seems to be worse, and from my experience I can't stockpile resources nearly as well in FA, as from about 2 minutes into the game, even on easy bots, you begin undertaking a lot of strategic bombings by the bots and if you don't stack AA then you get screwed early game.

The hud, I must admit, is much better in FA however you can get used to the bigger, more blocky HUD in Supreme Commander 1 very easily.

IGN rating: 10/10, Horrible.

PROS OF SC ORIGINAL:
-Easier stockpiling
-Campaign Mode
-Seems to run a bit smoother
-Better AI (opinion)
-More 'splosions

CONS:
-Big hud that takes up some portion of the screen
-Graphics fall behind the polished FA edition
-Doesn't have all DLC

I say try out Supreme Commander, if you like it, then buy Forged Alliance.

First off, the game is broken.

1) Zombies clip thru walls, doors, everything. You can't stop them without a weapon.

2) It takes an experienced player to tell where you are or where you're going, which makes even a regular DayZ Mod player like myself have trouble finding friends.

3) People are altering files and regularly finding exploits (Item spawners, scripts, CE tables)

4) Loot system is hard to get used to and is very different than DayZ Mod's.

5) Rocket (The lead developer) is giving up on this soon, so players aren't going to get everything that was promised.

6) Poor optimization.

7) You spawn on the other coast, which is opposite of the mod, so former mod players will be lost (sort of)

8) Bandits everywhere. This isn't different from the mod, but I will explain.

People server hop on restart, take all loot, and leave. This leaves little loot for you, and all the bandits have all the loot, yet they still want yours. This is due to the (as of now) botched loot system. It was a good idea, but just doesn't work.

9) BattlEye also banned me for no reason. This globally banned me from DayZ SA and also Arma 3 which I play frequently.

So, you guys decide whether you want this game or not, but as of now BattlEye and Bohemia Support have their thumb jammed up my ass, so I can't do anything.

I say no to this game.

This is for the fact that it apparently doesn't support Radeon cards!?

My presets (auto) go to Ultra when I set them, yet I cannot even play on min settings at over ~20FPS.

It's kind of ridiculous.

Good game tho.

Get it, but if you get it now expect bugs.

SO MANY BUGS.

First off, I'd like to say that on my old PC I absolutely loved Ostfront.

When I got my gaming PC, I was excited to play the updated, better looking version. WRONG.

When I first installed the 6-hour download, whenever I would join, there would be god-awful lag in every server, even ones with PING as low as 19. I uninstalled, and reinstalled. After that, I started playing again after the Rising Storm Update. I played half of one match in total.

I tabbed out, then bam, game crashed. I restart, take my 10 minutes to load up a server, then it sends me back to main menu saying that "Connection to host was lost". Every single server does this.

If you can play this game bug-free it would be awesome, but I'm not doing this anymore. I have 2 hours on record of RO2 and all of it except for 5 minutes of it were of me trying to fix the game.
