An hectic little top down zombie game with huge hordes and over the top weapons. Fun for a half hour or so, but otherwise, not worth the dosh.

A neat simcity type game, which allows you to habitate islands, and do whatever you like. One of the better sim city type games of the past 5 years, and if you can get it for cheap I'd definitely suggest picking it up. Not too suitable for multiplayer, as even just a single map can take a while.

In one way, it's unfair of me to review this game, as I didn't really give it a good shot. However, it's safe to say that you should not buy this game unless it seems interesting enough for you to spend a few hours learning how to really play it.

Was looking forwarded to it, but just didn't commit the time.

Another zombie game, this time it's an FPS, and has a few interesting mechanics. It revolves around you surviving the apocalypse, creating a community of survivors, and setting up your own outposts etc to defend against the hordes.

While it sounds good, it ends up being fairly bland, and annoyingly repetitive. I feel like it tried so hard to make a big game, when they could have done wonders with a smaller, tighter game that revolved around the 1 interesting mechanic it has.

A fun little indie. Worth a quick little romp around if you have the time, but try and get it for free :)

A quick a friendly satire of the world of useless DLC, and modern games in general. I was glad I only spent 1 dollar on it, as it was a trudge to complete.

Alan Wake has great atmosphere, story and interesting game mechanics. The game has a theme revolving around darkness and light, and to fight enemies you must first blast them with your torch/other light source. This leads to plenty of interesting scenarios with lampposts etc.

The main character, Alan Wake, is a writer, and fittingly the story is written well. The game seems to focus more on the story than gameplay (which can get a bit repetitive), and does well for it. There are plenty of cliches along the way, but overall it's incredibly solid with a great ending. Definitely give it a playthrough. Don't bother with the DLC.

While being called "HD" and being a faithful remake of Age of Empires 2. It really just seems more like Age of Empires 2 with a tiny bit of extra code to integrate with Steam. I would have liked to have seen the textures etc to be vastly improved over what it is.

If you think you'd still play Age of Empires 2, get it, but otherwise I wouldn't bother as it is not an improvement.

Great puzzle platformer with plenty of fun moments and great atmosphere. Frustrating at times when it is not obvious what you need to do (had to look it up online). Controls well until you have to get your gun out.

Characterisation was ok, but the script for the voice actors were corny as hell, and the ending really phoned it in... After really enjoying a solid 3+ hours and hitting the end, it really ruined the entire experience for me.
