Review after 13.5 hours

Game play is very fun and what I've been craving for awhile!

Enemy Spawns are little crazy, I will be mid gunfight and watch enemies spawn in, sometimes spoiling fights.

The mutants are crazy strong, be sure to have meds, and plenty of ammo, seriously!

Loading times when fast traveling are crazy, don't forget anything before you go!

Wish there was a leveling system, or some sorta way to know if I was a good stalker or not beyond firearms and attachments.

CONS: (BUGS)
Emission: Sometimes killing all NPC allowing you to loot them after storm
First Artifact: Starting artifact wont pop up, if this happens reset game
Unloading Bug: Unloading mag and quickly picking up weapon, allows for a 50/50 chance to unload it again.
Pre-Order Stashes: Bugged on screen, I preordered and nothing is on the location of stash.
Choppy laggy areas: Goes away once everything loads but still a pain. Wish it ran better.

Overall I recommend if you have atleast these specs for better. hopefully they fix it as time goes on!

EDITED REVIEW AFTER 8.8 HOURS OF GAMEPLAY

Shotguns & AR are underwhelming it would sometimes take up to 4 shotgun pumps to drop a walker. Id watch my pellets flight right through them.

Server/ Region Locking, In the 9 hours I prob only played with like 7 Americans. So many Chinese in US servers no one communicate and they just leave you there to suffer.

Floating/ Hovering Runners needs some anitmation working some of the runners glide across the screen very fast.

Ammo/ Leveling system when you max out a character you get more ammo per pile you pick up. Meaning if you are max lvl *50* you can get up to 160 bullets of pistol or magnum not saying that's a problem but in the first game, I redownloaded last night I never had more than 20 bullets.

Zombie Pathing / Endgame if you go up in the catwalk place and bring a runner up the corner stairs, he doesnt know how to path so he walks into the wall trapping all other zombies making them a easy target.

Melee combat I would of expected better from Torn Banner because of Chiv 1/2 but theres little dismemberment and no chopping limbs off like in Chiv.

Map the end game area has invisible wall so when you try to shoot walkers on the other side the bullet will hit the invis wall.

The early access model needs a rework, Open betas, Invites, Trials, Beta testers, All the above. Before releasing it to the public. I can tell this 100% was not tested before launch.

I see so much potential, enjoying it so far,
After 4.6 hours this is what I could suggest.

Quarry is barren wish there was a boss there or something.

Loot, Add more. Ideas Gold Bar, Zitcoin, Vintage Clock, Gold Ring, Etc.

Dynamic AI Radio, When you kill the AI you have 30 secs to 60 secs to clear the area before a patrol comes around to check on POI. Yes AI should respawn on the side of the outpost and walk into area of contact. More prolonged engages + more gun play potential

We need more AI weapon scaling same weapons AK no sight, MP5 suppressor, M4 Pk no gas.

More AI much more, Change spawn locations and add dynamic map seeds. One with a fence with a hole one where you have to go all the way around. Change liitle things about them.

Weather i'd like to be able to hear some sorta wind or something, lighting if its storming.

Unloading Weapon, I should be able to right click on gun to unload I have to double click and drag 60 rounder or Press R and pick it up off the ground. If you dont have the big rig unlocked

Please add NVG scopes/ Fix the scope glare with NVG on/ Add scope that's compatible with NVGS

Maps add small indoor map something more small CQB for shotguns and SMGS

Repairing could we get the ability to repair our gear?

Great sighting, Scopes work very well.
Straight to the point no guessing.
Graphics and Runs pretty well
Lighting looks very nice so far.

Could we get a zombie mode/Horde Mode Would be tight to hold off for as long as I can with some buddies!

I refunded because i'm getting a ps5 soon, cant wait for good FPS

This truly is a masterpiece. I saw someone say this is what the shooting genre needed, I couldn't agree more. So far I am 3.3 hours in and I want to play more knowing it will get so freaking amazingly more fun in the hours to come! if you have 60$ laying around I would recommend this game 10/10 will be playing more!!!
