I think this is honestly the best metroidvania game I've ever played. And I've played a lot of them.

Nominated it for the “Best Use Of A Farm Animal” Award. Because of the cow in the beginning, of course. Don't know what I'm talking about? Then play it, it's a damn classic!

Great story, brilliant dialogue system, amazing atmosphere, believable characters and an unexpected plot twist at the end which really makes a second playthrough worthwile. It's unpredictable, surprising, spooky (not scary, which is kind of refreshing) and fun. The writing is a bit uneven, sometimes it's great, sometimes it's, well, not so great, but it's not a big deal. Oh, and it looks sooo stylish, and the music is fantastic. Definitely worth your time!

An unusual concept turned into a really unique game. Basically, you sit in front of an old police computer and sort through a database of short video clips from an old investigation, trying to figure out what happened. The story is well written and surprising, but I especially love the non-linearity of the whole thing. It's only up to you which video clips you'll find first, and, what's more, you may never be sure if the interviewee is lying or not. There's a certain point when you start to understand what happened and this moment, I can asure you, is one of those magic moments only games can give you.

Definitely worth a try, but probably not for everyone.

At first, I really loved it. Felt like a new version of Uplink. Hacking itself seemed interesting and there was a simple story behind it. What's not to like?

Unfortunately, it started to be too repetitive after a while. Hacking doesn't require any skill, you just use the same apps over and over again. Initially I thought it would change later in the game, but it didn't. I loved the moment when another hacker deleted something from my computer and I had to get it back using only the command line, but this was just a brief part of the game. The rest started to feel really dull. I lost interest in the story, which wasn't really going anywhere by the way, and just stopped playing.

If you can get it cheap, it may be worth a try, but in my opinion it's just a huge waste of potential.

Lumino City is STUNNING to look at. The fact it was hand crafted and not made on a computer makes it really, really special. Every scene is imaginative and full of surprises. Such a beautiful, unique game.

Gameplay-wise, it's a simple adventure/escape the room game filled with puzzles. They require a bit of thinking, but are not very hard, which, for me, was a plus. You don't want to feel frustrated in a game like this, it was meant to be a chilling, pleasurable experience. And it really is.

The only criticism I have is that there's one puzzle which doesn't work on some computers and it hasn't been fixed since the release. There is a way to get to another scene, I found it on the internet, but it felt like cheating and I missed an important cutscene. Shame it's not fixed!

Very hard and very basic, but enjoyable nonetheless. Play it if you like classic NES games.

A classic adventure game. Is there anything more to say? I mean, CLASSIC. Like, SUPER CLASSIC. SUPER SUPER CLASSIC. It's also extremely hard and complicated, but you can always use hints if you are stuck, which is a nice addition to the remastered version. To be absolutely honest, I prefer the first one, but LeChuck's Revenge is also a must-play. Oh, and the commentary by the original developers is very interesting. Don't worry, there aren't any spoilers in the commentary so be sure to check it even if you are playing the game for the first time.

This is not only a demo version of Broforce, but also a bunch of levels and characters not present there. Play it if you like Broforce and are looking for more or if you are thinking about buying the full version. It's quite short and it's free so there's absolutely no reason for you not to download and play it RIGHT NOW.
