Somewhat off-topic here, but I really want to know what's up with all of the recent nonsense about "config problems" and "must be my cfg" when users aren't able to just aggressively push & instantly one tap at least 90% of the enemy team every round...

HvH, particularly MM/Spread HvH has been especially geared towards rewarding the more strategic player. A simple way to think of it might be in comparison to professional CS:GO play. Watch demo reviews by pros and notice their emphasis on playstyle - positioning, timings, rotations, 'plays' made, etc. Play the objective, be flexible and don't be afraid to try something new / different based on what's happening in-game. Often times, especially on maps like de_mirage, you can really play on things like a lack of enemy map control. With enough trial and error, you'll begin to learn when & how to adapt your playstyle but really it comes down to good positioning, map knowledge and awareness (one ways/wallbangs/advantageous angles, etc)...I could go on and on here - but I'll end it here and I am happy to help if you're having issues. It's rare that I can find much of my tryhard/strategic player mindset these days after so much HvH...
