Ingredients
- 2 cups milk powder
- 6 t-spoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
Method
1. Sieve the milk powder and cocoa powder together.
2. Heat water and sugar together in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and cook the sugar syrup till it reaches 1 string consistency.
3. Add butter and mix well till it melts, then turn off the heat.
4. Slowly add the cocoa-milk powder mixture and mix well, while stirring continuously.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased plate or tray.
6. Once cooled cut into pieces and serve, or store in an air-tight container.
Handy tip
~ Use high-fat milk powder for excellent chocolates.
