DO NOT BUY HIS SERVICES ON FIVERR!!!!

I paid this person $25 for 5 hours of play time through an ad on Fiverr and I have been ignored for the last 7 months. Even after multiple attempts and messages to receive a refund he only responds with GIFs of cats. I am officially pursuing legal action.
