I can't think of a single reason you would want to play this in the modern day. It is just baffling from a conceptual stage, and a complete mess as a final product. Nothing works, nothing feels good to do, just a slog to play.

I've beaten FFII before getting the pixel remaster. The remaster looks better, feels better and sounds better, but it is still not a fun game at its core. Cannot recommend unless you've played literally every other Final Fantasy or just want to be a completionist.

Its interesting for like 2 tiny sections but so much of the game is just in bad taste. Almost something cool, I could not recommend this to anyone

The best RPG of all time, if not the best game of all time.

One of the best RPG's I have ever played, a masterclass in storytelling and engaging gameplay. A massive leap ahead of the series prior entries. An emotional and compelling ride from start to finish.

Decently done Final Fantasy game, pretty much a prototype for the greatness that is Final Fantasy V

While Borderlands 2 may have some of the best FPS gameplay in the genre's history, the dialogue is so bad it feels hard to recommend this game. However, it is very fun. My only gripe is it can only be 100% completed in coop, which sucks for solo players. Shoutout to CommanderLaskey for the help.

Gnarly difficulty is challenging and fun

A little too short
Lack of extras (Arcade is nice)
Player visibility, sometimes you get lost when there's 5 or 6 people playing. (Accessibility options would be nice)
Not too much replay value outside of different characters and getting collectibles.

I don't know why I ever thought this was a good game, probably cope.
