Cities: Skylines II is a great replacement to the original Cities: Skylines game. Not only on the UI side, but it adds new elements to the game that greatly make it more detailed and less about placing random buildings and calling it a day. At the same time it has it's many issues, performance is awful, manageable if you don't mind 24fps (3050, R5 3600). Here's a few things:

- AI/Traffic - The traffic AI seems a bit better then Cities I but still has it's very dumb moments. Currently I have a 100k population after about 20hrs of playing and drivers love to stop in the middle of the road, turn 90deg into the next lane and continue. This causes a traffic backlog which causes an accident and ultimately messes everything up. At the same time no one knows what the right of way is. Traffic going straight is always yielding to merging traffic or turning traffic (it shouldn't!). On the plus side it seems there is less vehicles on the road and more people using public transit

- Demand - I swear to god, my low density demand never drops below 100%. I raised taxes to the max and still, no drop in demand. Medium density started a bit up to about 25% but would drop to 0% after 1 new building. Commercial and Industrial demand has also been pegged at 100% or about 75%. At the same time commercial demand is high commercial properties complain about the lack of customers.

- Pricing - I have no idea what the balancing should be but whatever the pricing there is right now makes 0 sense. It's cheaper to operate 6 small hospitals fully upgraded then one mega base hospital. Those 6 small hospitals would provide a better service too, doesn't make any sense.

- Education - All my elementary schools are filled, I add a new one and BAM filled within a minute. That's even with a surplus capacity. My current capacity is about 15k with 13k eligible. My high school has a capacity of 20k but only 3k eligible. After that I swear no one gets educated, there's no clear way to promote education either

Overall, it needs a good 2-3 major updates. It's still a good game and a playable one. If you want a change from Cities I buy it, if this is your first time playing, I'd recommend Cities I as of right now.
