[Demo] Great game. I'm already in love in it and can't wait for full release. I really miss times when I was climbing IRL. Should resume it despite unhealthy leg.

Game is insanely beautiful. Climbing mechanics is very cool!

It has some shortcomings, like:
- time of day run out too fast.
- foraging is hard as you have small amount of resources, hard to get food, and you became hungry fast.
- water sources only on first level of ascend (on second level was small source of water but it didn't react on E key).
- can't select limb, to move, sometimes it frustrates a lot.

‼️ But I'm ready to play final game even with this unfixed!!!!!!

I can't get into main menu if I have no internet. And I can't play singleplayer campaign if I don't have internet as well!

WTF?

That definitily would brin RTS genre back from ashes.

This is big concern for me, as in Ukraine it's not possible to know if you would have internet.

Seriously. Valve claims to support Linux, but their own main iconic game has unfixed bug with multiple screens since 2013!!!

https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife/issues/7

Game won't start on correct monitor if you have two monitors. It chooses left monitor instead of primary one.

Nice physics engine.
It's not actually a game, it is more a playground.

I would prefer if it had actual puzzles built in.

But had to buy it to support developer for new super cool concept!

Camera rotation can be more intuitive and better implemented. Moving objects in 4th dimension is also not very convenient.

Basically mobile game ported to PC.

Controls are really bad for PC as they are designed for touch control. Lazy port. To be gull featured steam game this part should be redesigned.

But game is beautiful! Relaxing music. Puzzles are sometimes too difficult and not very logical.

I really like this game! Basically it's evil Minecraft.

People complain on Killboxes, but this game is about kill-boxes. After initial struggle with difficulty and unlocking new weapons -- almost all outposts are beatable. Just watch few tutorials on youtube!

I hope this game would last, as it strongly relies on user generated content.

Don't worth it's money.
Short version, if you ok with Turn based games, just play BATTLETECH
https://gtm.you1.cn/storesteam/app/637090/BATTLETECH/

But you can try this game, it just doesn't cost it's money!!!!

I was really thoughtful weather I should buy it, but decided to try due to good review on youtube.
Turns out it was disappointment. I gave game a try, but it have too many problems. And it is somehow misleading.

And in general tutorial is way more fun to play than res of the game!

Pros
1. Good cover mechanics. In Battletech cover is a meh. Here cover actually works, and I was pleased by it.
2. Fresh idea of real-time/turn base tactical game, similar to Frozen Synapse, but you can see enemies plans.
3. Nice graphics
4. Mechs

Cons
1. Game voice-over is misleading. Dialogues are voiced only in tutorial/prologue. Exactly the part that is captured by most let's plays on youtube. So it's misleading -- no more sounds in a game after this.
2. Missiles are completely unbalanced, it even spawned forum thread that is endless, full of complaints https://gtm.you1.cn/app/553540/discussions/0/3787002282760831557 , and that means something.
3. Really poor optimization. Game leaks resource. So you start playing and all is ok, but after hour playing game halts to a crawl, FPS drops, and game is having troubles registering inputs from user. That problem was of other users on forum as well.
4. Strategic layer is unfun.
* You can't do many thing there
* Your mobile base have to stop in one place for several hours for some actions. And said story events sometimes pops out when you are inside enemy territory
* To conquer province you don't need to perform special story missions, you can just skirmish patrols on randomly generated maps, to have war score, and then province is yours.
* Your resource used to repair mechs(That for some stupid reason is called GEL) is always running out when you are in enemy territory, and you can replenish it only by returning to base, you can't take it from enemy. In theory this can be good mechanics, but on practice it is poorly made.
* World is pretty much empty and don't feel alive (conquered first 4 provinces)
5. Missions to defend allied army forces are unfun. In tutorial they gave under you control two additional (allied) mechas. In campaign it's most of a time just SINGLE battle tank. Never encountered two tanks or mechas. You can call in reinforcement, it would have two tanks + one mecha, which is great, but sometimes called mecha has crappy load-out. But that's OK. Defend missions are crap.
6. Mechs are just big robots, that use scaled up infantry guns. that's ridiculous. In MechWarrior you can have guns in different shapes. And this isn't Japanese game. No offense intended, I watch Anime and so on, but then I would understand.
Actually that's not big deal, If game was great in other regards, it won't be really a pint. But in current state you are limited by two weapons, because mechs have only two hands. That puts too many constraints on player.
7. Timeline edit experience is mixed. Weapons and shields part is great. But movement is small disaster.
Movement itself is somehow decent, but wait commands is hard to edit. Instead for adding wait, you should be able jsut to drag move commands on timeline, like you do with fire. And being able to drag placed waypoint on a ground as well. And wait command, it's length is set in 3d space, not in timeline. Sometimes hard to place.
It's playable, but it is really annoying to edit your orders.

So I've spent quite some hours in this game, tried to give it a chance, sent feedback and so on. But eventually I just resumed my long forgotten play-through of BATTLETECH! And that was Amazing experience. You have alive map. You have your crew. You have realistic time of repairs. Live world. Lore. Strategic layer and mech editor is a dream! Battles, well, it can be better, cover mechanics is pretty nonexistent. You just has damage reduction, when your mech is hiding between trees or sandstorm. Elevation doesn't count it seems. And only tall mountains can protect you from fire.
