Overall, the estimates of the number of atoms range from between 10 to the power of 78 to 10 to the power of 82 atoms. Both of these estimates are large numbers, yet they are very different, indicating a significant degree of error. These estimates are based on hard data, so they are correct based on what we know.

Now that's a big number but take into account that there are seven billion people on the planet, and there is currently eight planets and five dwarf planets, plus 21 moons give or take an big astroid or two, *Cough* Phobos *Cough*

Now we are one solar system out of 100 billion, all of which have at least one planet orbiting their sun, meaning there are 100 billion + planets and 100 Billion + moons, now giving that any number of these planets, if you believe Niel DeGrasse, could be teeming with life just like ours so that makes trillions of possible life forms made up of the same amount of atoms as you or I.
Now if you take that we are one galaxy in a universe of an untold number, given we even see Andromeda from earth with the help of nifty telescopes, and with that we come full circle to how many planets, and stars and moons and lifeforms the Andromeda galaxy has.
