I can't believe I haven't left a review of this game yet. Whoops. Cultist Simulator is one of my favorite video games of all time. The writing is excellent, and it's probably more scary, tense, and exciting than you'd ever expect of a card game. A lot of the criticisms I see of this game are "you can't load a save" or "it's easy to lose because of bad RNG" or similar comments, and while I am not going to begrudge someone their personal preferences, those are not flaws in the game. They're features. This is a challenging, often punishing game. It's certainly not for everyone, but I love it.
