It has been a long time since I got pulled into an rpg the way I did with Enderal. The world building is top notch, it really does feel like the people in Enderal are a product of their culture. The religion is a big part of this, Enderal is a theocracy with castes and it shows. Little touches like changes in etymology, references to your race etc. really work in creating an immersive environment. This would easily be worth full AAA-price, yet it is free, which in all honesty feels a tad criminal considering just how good this game is.
