Id PAY for a Halo 3 AR for XCom 2 (Discord: Taz.Vibez)

An XCOM 2 mod idea for if you ever feel like it, and if it's possible: A ghost template that lets you turn the bolt caster into the Halo 4/5 handheld railgun.

It just popped into my mind when I saw your Reach weapon templates and thought about the magnetic tier bolt caster

@Circle of Psi The fact that you use AML does not preclude you from using the console (instead it should facilitate it). And without it, there's no other way (that I know of or devised) to get the Crown early.

So I tired adding it via the Console Command and given that I use AML I am unable to use the Console (And I rather not). Is there another way to Start with the Crown?
