So after completing the game more than 4 times on Steam and 2 times in seamless coop, I can confidently say this is the best open-world RPG ever made. For me, it was The Witcher 3 holding the title for years, but now we have a new Elden Lord to claim the crown, haha.

The lore in Elden Ring is something else. From the mind of R.R. Martin and direction from Miyazaki, this is not just lore but an experience of its own. From cool to mysterious to dark, every backstory of particular NPCs or bosses is different, making you want to explore more. Since I've completed the game with 100% side quests and main story guidance, it’s pretty easy to get lost in the woods or ruins if you don’t have guidance to chase the lore.

The DLC for Elden Ring is a game-changer. After diving into it, I can say it adds so much to the experience. The new areas are breathtaking, just like the main game, and the fresh challenges and bosses are a blast. The lore gets even richer, pulling you deeper into the world with new stories that make you want to explore every corner. Completing the new quests felt rewarding, like a sweet bonus for all the time I’ve spent in the Lands Between. If you loved the base game, this DLC is an absolute must-play!

Apart from the lore, the combat is challenging yet fun to mess around with, xD. It’s a typical Souls-like game, but here you get a vast open world to explore for new weapons, magic spells, incantations, and many more things to kill the dead. On top of that, every weapon or spell has its own visuals or ambient effects, which look stunning on high graphics—just like a visual novel or something. The graphics are breathtaking; the world is beautifully made and designed. From Limgrave to the nightmare called Caelid, haha, every area feels creepy yet beautiful.

In short, I’d say Elden Ring isn’t just a game; it’s an experience that Miyazaki-sama has done for us. Ngl, even if you’re weak or a ♥♥♥♥♥, you need to play Elden Ring once in your lifetime. Just like RDR 2, Wukong, The Witcher, and many more, it’s rare to find such a masterpiece these days that respects your time and money invested in games.

So after 60+ hours of playtime and completing the game in NG+ for some extra achievements, here’s my review for Wukong :))

Game Science came out of nowhere and dropped what could easily be a game of the year. Wukong is now one of my top 5 must-play games that every gamer should experience. It was my most anticipated game of 2024, and it definitely lives up to the hype. It feels like a mix of God of War and Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order—it's not entirely Souls-like but definitely takes inspiration from games like Dark Souls.

Pros:

Rich Lore: Based on Journey to the West, it offers a fresh and engaging story about the Monkey King.

Unique Combat Mechanics: The “Transformation” system adds variety to fights, letting you switch forms with different abilities.

Stunning Graphics: The game looks amazing, with detailed environments and dynamic lighting that make the world come alive.

Great Soundtrack: The music blends traditional Chinese instruments with cinematic scores, enhancing the immersive experience.

Immersive World: The detailed environment and lore make exploring and discovering new things very rewarding.

Engaging Boss Fights: Boss encounters are well-designed, offering challenging and memorable experiences.

Cons:

Occasional Repetitiveness: Some enemy types and combat scenarios might feel repetitive over time and can get a bit boring.

Audio Issues: The language can randomly switch between English and Chinese, which can be really annoying.

Overall, Wukong shines with its engaging story, unique combat, and stunning visuals. Despite a few minor issues, it’s a must-play for anyone who enjoys deep stories and exciting gameplay.

Mortal Shell offers a unique twist on the "Soulsborne" formula, standing out from games like Sekiro and Elden Ring. While Sekiro focuses on fast-paced combat and precise parries, Mortal Shell emphasizes strategic depth with its "shell" system, allowing for varied play styles. Unlike Elden Ring's vast open world, Mortal Shell presents a more compact, interconnected environment, delivering intense combat and rich lore in a tightly designed package. small game with only 4 main boss and few mini-boss. but yeahh... good souls-like game for beginners :))

maybe a solid 7.5/10 for me

Entering the Star Wars galaxy through 'Jedi: Fallen Order' on Steam was an absolute dream come true! As Cal Kestis, one embarks on a heroic journey, battling the Empire and discovering the true power of the Force. From igniting the lightsaber to mastering iconic Jedi moves, every moment feels like living out one's own Star Wars fantasy. Exploring breathtaking planets and encountering familiar faces fills players with nostalgia and excitement. Despite a few minor glitches, the force of this game's storytelling and gameplay is strong.

For any Star Wars fan yearning for an authentic adventure, 'Jedi: Fallen Order' on Steam is an absolute must-play. May the Force be with you on your gaming quest!"

I used to be a huge AC franchise fan, but over the past few years, it's really hard to show loyalty to this franchise. unpopular opinion, but AC had a downfall after syndicate, or maybe unity for some people.

The franchise was famous for its stealth and historically accurate storyline culture, but after Origin and Odyssey, it's more like an action-packed RPG. with more than 100 skills and levels. from killing the templar order as your primary mission to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hunting down gods and creatures from Greek and Norse mythology xd

AC Valhalla feels like an oversimplified version of Origins and Odyssey. Almost everything—gaming, story, NPCs, riddles, collectibles, and side missions look the same.

5/10 rating for this game ig? xd

I hope they will make a comeback in the AC mirage coming this year later. :))

Not the best but one of the few single-player games worth playing
The story is well-written and well-paced, with relatable characters, good visuals, and an environment you can't forget.

Honesty, this is one of the few games that I've enjoyed playing. because RDR 2 has set bars too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ high for me xD

Maybe it's 9/10 for me.

The amount of detail and work put into this game really shows the hard work of the team. I mean the graphics are beautiful (almost realistic) with RTX and other stuff. apart from that game is really enjoyable with a good soundtrack but no one can beat the FORZA 4 theme song <3. Forza 5 is addictive! easily 100+ hours of pure fun, SOLO, or with friends (your choice) co-op sometimes is a pain in the ass because of the server issues. get the wheel and its double fun hehe :3
I hope they fix some minor bugs, definitely worth the price :)

Movements and gameplay style are better than any other FPS shooting game out there and yes it's the predecessor of apex legends if you don't know. it's a kinda prequel to the story of apex legend. I had bought the game just to know the back story of ash and valkyrie :))
but worth the money 10/10 for sure :D
