Edit: I'm now changing this review status to "recommended", because OpenIV situation has been resolved for now and Take-Two / Rockstar have reviewed their stance on it, allowing the development and existance of this crucial tool to continue. However, my opinions remain on overall money-milking, in-game currency inflation and over pricing, and most importantly mismanaging bans and lack of proper anti-cheat measures.
If Steam allowed to rate the product rather than just b&w "yes/no" on whether I recommend it or not, I wouldn't give it more than 8/10 due to abovementioned flaws.

After several takedowns of community created alternate multiplayer mods and map expansion projects, Take-Two has dropped the biggest ball yet by effectively banning OpenIV, the one and only tool used for creation of like 99% of single player mods. That screws up not just mod creators, but also video/machinima authors and all those players who enjoy single player modifications.
And that is after two years of Rockstar failing to implement proper anti-cheat measures in Online, mishandling of bans, inflating in-game prices, introducing gamemodes noone asked for, cancelling single player DLC in favor of milking more cash from Online and shark cards - even locking new content to Online-only, continuously ignoring feedback, and generally turning Online into a heaven for griefers/cheaters and a dreary routine grindfest for those who want to legally acquire the new content.

Imo, this is the best sandbox open-world singleplayer game to date.
It focuses on one thing: fun.
It doesn't waste your time on boring quests or "social" features like eating food or dressing up.
You have huge open-world, rich graphics, spectacular physics and unlimited ways to mess around with it all.
The storyline though is rather primitive and short, but every time you play this game you're guaranteed to have fun.
If not... then go play chess^^

If you like porn and gaming, this game is both. This proper shooter porn is exactly what you need to relax at the end of the day. No boring plots or foreplay, just pure shooting orgy with periodic slow-mo cumpilations and blood 'n' s*** all over the place. If you prefer BDSM, choose top difficulty and you're guaranteed to be sliced with chainsaws and then humped dead. To dominate, choosing easier difficulties is recommended.
If you need to recharge your gun, the gun shop lady is always happy to help.
She would frequently remind you that she "likes the big ones", and give discount for higher-level players.
During the orgy you are required to inject yourself with some dope to keep going.
A paramedic class player may even handle a gun to shoot you with a dope syringe.
At the end of every orgy a big insane guy comes into play and intensively tries to **** you up.
Taking him down takes a lot of lube (ammo) and good teamwork.
Summing up, without any doubt , this game is a must have.
