Great game, even better mods.

Meticulously crafted world where almost every NPC is unique. One of the best RPGs I've ever played.

Love the new combat system, feels way more rewarding than waiting for an attack and pressing a button to counter attack with an instant kill.

Some of the dialogue is really bad but I can get over that for a great world with great gameplay.

Also for whatever reason "Will Siwa never know peace? I will travel to the Saragina camp to see if there is any truth to this letter." was played literally every time the game loaded, which not only gets annoying because it is a level 35 side quest you get very early on but also because sometimes the game loads straight into a cutscene and yet he keeps saying that, layered over the actual cutscene dialogue.

Best game I've ever played.

The story alone makes this one of the greatest rpg's of all time. Add in the incredibly deep mechanics and you got a great game on your hands

Best use of farm animal.

The gameplay:
- Extremely fun combat
- Very smooth animations
- Just plays very well when it works
- Fatalities and xrays very satisfying

Single Player:
- Story is good in it's own cheesy way
- Towers are fun, living towers better
- Random assassin encounters are cool

Factions:
- Cool when it works
- Makes the game feel more alive and interactive

Factions:
- Freezing when accessing faction page
- Constant errors on home page
- Horribly unbalanced (Lin Kuei have a massive lead)

Multiplayer:
- Worst net code, can't do any combos
- Takes for ever to find a match (probably because it's broken)
- Lags out a lot

The Port:
- Fps drops often
- Constant massive updates (don't even notice a change)
- Xrays, fatalities and other cutscenes are locked at 30fps. Purely a visual issue, but very noticable.

So do I recommend? I say yes because I know Nether Realm is working on the issues, the gameplay itself is very, very, very good so if they can fix the performance this will be a solid title. For now I can only recommnd this for people who don't have a console (otherwise buy it there) or people who don't mind waiting for updates. Also don't hope to play multiplayer, it's by far the most broken part of the game.

This is like if you took one of the original COD's and stripped them of all their arcade features. This ♥♥♥♥ is hardcore.

I beat this game and got a diploma for Rocket Science in the mail.
