I had my doubts going back to a WWII FPS game, specially no early access. But Hell Let Loose has proven to be a satisfying and immersive experience both in-game and outside of it.

For an Alpha, it has been the most rewarding experience so far thanks to Team17 constant support and their policy has been to actively engage with the community and the feedback it provides. They are actively working on your feedback and you can tell.

Regarding gameplay, it also has been a refreshing experience. Every role on your squad and team counts. Good comms make a noticeable difference in how you perceive this game. That makes this game ideal for playing with friends, but overall the community and the people you play with know this and are ready and inviting to this, as we've all learned it makes the difference between a good team, and a bad one.

It still is a work in progress and has to refine some mechanics and deliver on it's promises. But so far, it's been the best game I've discovered in 2019.
