fun game, interesting story, and interesting characters.

Worth the $20. There's some RNG, but you can just join another game when you lose and you'll have fun in that one. The prizes feel like a secondary to the game since playing it is actually the fun part, so these prizes don't take the entirety of the game's appeal like it's a mobile app that only strives to be addictive. That being said, it is fun to go around in an outfit that says "haha I won 10 games" and maybe temporarily impress some strangers that you'll never be able to communicate with, and they're just fun and silly outfits overall.

The game's fun, few of the mini games are disappointing while the others are great, any disappointments are fleeting, and the fun is mostly consistent. It seems like a game you can have fun with for a long time.

Borderlands the third time around. Whats not to like?

Kind of a let-down that this game doesn't have PvP, but it's a good souls-alternative that, although not as elegant in design, does obviously know how to take inspiration from Souls without being a complete clone, as it knows how to deviate from the concept without losing the integrity of its appeal. Through "focus," you can capitalize on both taking/dodging hits. This encourages taking risks and actually approaching the enemy during attacks. There are some clear intentions with the combat design, and I hope to see PvP soon. Character customization is great. I've had a great time thus far.
