1 pound pork tenderloin

8 dried whole red chiles
2 cups coarsely chopped green bell pepper

1 teaspoon minced peeled gingerroot

6 cups hot cooked rice
1. Potong daun pandan dan blender dengan 2 cawan air, Tapiskan.
2. Masukkan telur 2 biji, 1 kotak santan ,3 cawan gandum, sedikit garam dan air tapisan pandan tadi.
3. Blender sekali lagi. tapiskan.
4. Panaskan acuan dangan api slow ya. Lepas tu sapu minyak jangan bagi minyak bertakung dalam acuan cara tu pulak.
5. Boleh tuang bahan tadi jangan bagi limpah ruah pulak. 1-2 minit boleh masuk gula dan tutup.
6. Bakar lebih kurang 4-5 minit. Tak perlu terbalikkan ya.
7. Siap jangan terus dingap dalam mulut kang melecur mulut tuu hehehe.
