To me this seems to be a shameless attempt to try and make another surgeon simulator.
There are a few key differences:

- This is not fun.
- Controlling the hand is infuriating.
- The interface is terrible and appears to be an after thought

It feels more like a proof of concept than something someone might actually want to play.
Save your cash, buy something that's actually fun.
