Yeah it is good.
Took me 5 tries to beat the first boss but once I got the hang of it I cheesed the first boss in less than a minute. Controls for mouse and keyboard feel good, movement feels good.

Do not buy for the campaign, buy for the sandbox mode and mods. Thumbs down because the campaign requires so much micromanagement and if you forget to quicksave and you screw up you have to restart from beginning.
