BL3 is in its best place it has ever been in.
It is near perfect looter shooter.
Farming is better than BL2

Still undecided on this game, if you like RTS games, and have got time and patience to learn then maybe, I got it early for ~£10.00 not convinced yet it is worth a AAA game price

After a few more hours playing with friends, the game is not worth AAA prices, Steam sale for £5 maybe, but in it's current state it is not worth £20+

My biggest gripes

All the units look the same

It is almost impossible to locate units/structures once they are built unless you have grouped them, especially after leaving the planet.

Level 1 engineers (construction bots) especially they air engineers die in 1 hit to level 1 fighters, AA guns are so slow to fire they will kill your engineeer before they fire.

No Shields which is a major step backwards from FA and SC2, considering long range weapons exist to pound yout base.

No choke points, and it's pointless building walls as they just shoot over them.

Unless you start on the same planet the game is ended when a few nukes finally get through (every game we have finished has been ended by nukes)

It is impossible to land tanks on a hostile planet as the transporter holds 1 tank, and you either lose the transporters in orbit or as soon as they land, even if you get 20 landed, there will be hundreds of tanks/planes for them to fight against, not forgetting all the defenses.

The only positive is shared armies, which allows everyone on your team to control any unit/structure
