Feels like a western GTA. Takes a few hours in before the story mode gets monotonous. Graphics, character design etc. are all what you should expect.. Things like player movement, the way items are hard to select/pick up are all similar to the rockstar GTA feel.

Overall worth grabbing when it's on a decent sale. Top notch re-playability. I find myself wasting hours doing the smallest things around the map, and not actually playing through the required missions. The game doesn't fault you for it, instead it almost encourages you to experience the world and play through the "missions" at your pace. This is not a weekend game, but one you can and will come back to and keep installed for when you yearn to roam the open spaces.

It is good for a free game. Best played with a full squad, with a couple cold beers.

Feels like a free game, gunplay is decent. Has a hint of Battlefield in its movement/explosions etc.

Reminds me of being a kid... Rushing home from school and hopping on to get yelled at by older men who should be spending time with their families.

I don't do many reviews on games, but I thought this one was deserving of my time to state my "two cents" on considering I've spent quite a bit of time and money on.

To start, I've never been a big Tom Clancy fan. I've played Splinter Cell: Blacklist, but have never been a customer until I was introduced to it by my friends. I purchased this game in early 2016, after playing the beta on PS4 ( i know ugh )

This game has brought me a wide variety of mixed emotions during my caffeine fueled nights spent alone in my room constantly trying to grind renown for the newest operators with my friends because I think "pay to win" is theft. The learning curve was steep at first coming from a background of Call of Duty and CS:GO type "aim and shoot" FPS games. I've never experienced a game of this type where the map knowledge and tactics matter as much if not more then ads accuracy. After the 20 hours of learning the maps, cam spots, and sneaky places to hide my drones I can honestly say I've never been more satisfied with the unique style that Siege has to offer.

Besides the almost complete destructibility of maps, the wide selection of operators is something I also enjoy in a tactical shooter like this one. The way every operator has different utilities, weapons, and countries of origin almost gives it a moba champion type of feel. So different but right in all the good areas. Really the utilities/abilities are practical but also surreal considering no soldier would carry a sledge hammer or shield with a flash bang on the front. The only complaint with operators that I have is after several years there really is alot of predictability and its almost seeming that developers are running out of ideas.

Now for some very big negatives for an almost seemingly perfect game.

Now I know youre thinking fellow player toxicity, server issues, ranking system are all things to talk about, but I feel that there is nothing different in any other game, or review none the less.

A few months ago I was false banned for cheating. I submitted a support ticket to ubisoft. After several months of chats with support, emails, and account resets I decided to give up. I couldn't believe that after the countless hours and money for dlc that I could be brushed under the rug, deleted from the system by the push of a button. Eventually I was unbanned and was given a renown booster as compensation for the wait.

Somehow after telling myself I was done, I couldnt resist this game, and picked it up again.

Do I reccomend this game to anyone? God no. To the very casual arcade shooter type this is not the game for you. For the individual who wants to spend endess nights, with cheeto dust on your t-shirt, getting yelled at by your mother for screaming at a kid who was afk pre-round and ended up with recruit? This is where your journey will begin.

Its okay to waste some time

I dont normally like to do a review until i have enough hours in a game to be able to have a valid oppinion based off of emersing myself for many hours.....
And thats what you basically have to do in this game. Hours of dedication and time, blood, sweat, and tears to research vehicles and airplanes. If this is scaring you dont fret..
Within this amount of time ive never had more fun in a free simulation war game. This is by far one of the only games that aggrivates me, and then drags me back to plug in my keyboard and mouse that i threw across the room to load up war thunder again. I strongly reccomend this game to anyone who has no money for games and is just browsing for a good play.
