Loved civ 5 and loved this. If you liked civ 5 but were turned off by features like the simplistic unit upgrades and unit boosting wonders that put one player's armies miles ahead of the rest, you'll be pleased to know this game improves upon this and more. Map editor is also good, but don't edit any of the mod names or description or you can't play them on multiplayer without people downloading mods that have no function. I give it 8/10. The DLC also massively improves the game, but it should have shipped with features like more units.
