They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully. Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. In all aspects of work, Burgers is not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards. Works relentlessly to improve skills and knowledge, and the quality of work output. Reaches a decision rapidly after taking account of all likely outcomes and estimating the route most likely to bring success. The decisions almost always turn out to be good ones.
