I just reported this guy but after taking a quick look at this profile and all the comments he has received it is for certain that this guy is involved in win trading, account buying kind of stuff. Just a quick look at one of his games and the way he never communicates and just roams around the map should be enough of evidence of this account to be permanently banned.
