Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a game that completely changed my perspective on Chloe Price, the rebellious and sometimes abrasive character from the original Life is Strange. This prequel brilliantly delves into Chloe's backstory, unraveling the layers of her personality and revealing the struggles that have shaped her into the person she becomes in the first game. Through this intimate journey, I developed a newfound understanding and empathy for Chloe, realizing that her seemingly stubborn demeanor was a coping mechanism for the pain she carries within.

Life is Strange is a game that left an indelible mark on my heart. From the moment I started playing, I was immediately drawn into its captivating story, which delves into the complexities of human struggles. The narrative and characters dialogue feels incredibly realistic, exploring themes of friendship and love in a way that resonated deeply with me. I became fully invested in the lives of Max and Chloe, empathizing with their triumphs and feeling their pain. The emotional rollercoaster I experienced throughout the game was a testament to its powerful storytelling and the ability to evoke genuine emotions.

But it wasn't just the story that moved me; it was the impeccable soundtrack that amplified those emotions to another level. The carefully curated songs and original score were perfectly timed and placed, adding an extra layer of depth and intensity to each scene. I remember how I dig into spotify to find every song of this game to enjoy it in real life.

Life is Strange was more than just a game for me; it was a personal journey of self-reflection. It reminded me of the beauty and struggles of being human, and it left a lasting impression on my soul. The captivating story and the evocative soundtrack worked hand in hand to create an experience that was both thought-provoking and emotionally resonant. It's a game that I will forever cherish as a testament to the power of storytelling and the ability of video games to touch our hearts in profound ways.

WWE 2K22 marks a significant comeback from the disastrous performance of its predecessor, WWE 2K20, especially on PC. This latest installment has managed to rectify many of the technical issues that plagued its previous installment, delivering a much smoother and more enjoyable experience for players.

Compared to other horror games on the market, RE3 Remake feels like a rushed cash grab that capitalizes on nostalgia rather than offering a substantial and engaging gameplay experience. The campaign can be completed in a few short hours, leaving players craving more content and feeling unsatisfied with the overall value of their purchase.

Last of Us Part 1 falls short of expectations, especially when it comes to its performance on PC. Despite several patches, the game fails to run smoothly on even decent PC rigs. Players have reported numerous technical issues, including frequent frame rate drops, stuttering, and input lag, which significantly hinder the overall gameplay experience. It is disheartening to see a game with such potential suffer from performance issues that detract from the immersive storytelling and emotional impact it aims to deliver.

Furthermore, Last of Us Part 1 has a major flaw when it comes to compatibility with AMD graphics cards. Users have encountered consistent crashes when using these cards, particularly when attempting to modify the clock settings. This issue not only disrupts the gameplay but also frustrates players who have invested in high-performance hardware. It is disappointing that the developers have not adequately addressed these problems, leaving players with a subpar experience that undermines the game's reputation and diminishes its potential as a PC port.

Ghostwire: Tokyo is an atmospheric game that seamlessly blends elements of traditional Japanese folklore with a modern gaming experience. The game's eerie vibes are immediately palpable, enveloping players in a sense of unease and mystery from the very beginning.

One of the standout aspects of Ghostwire: Tokyo is its masterful composition of traditional Japanese folklore into a modern game iteration. The developers have taken great care in depicting iconic yokai creatures. This fusion of traditional and modern elements enhances the overall sense of creepiness.

The gameplay though not so much innovative or engaging, even at some points this game feels so repetitive. This game was missing so many potential by using outdated Ubisoft style open world.

One aspect that stands out in Monster Hunter World is the sheer difficulty of the game, especially when playing solo. The game poses formidable challenges that require strategic thinking, careful planning, and precise execution. Without friends to play with, the absence of cooperative gameplay can make certain encounters even more daunting and demanding. However, this difficulty adds to the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when you finally overcome a formidable monster on your own.

That being said, Monster Hunter World offers a robust single-player experience. The richly detailed world is teeming with diverse ecosystems and fascinating creatures to discover, study, and ultimately hunt. The gameplay loop of tracking, gathering resources, crafting equipment, and taking down increasingly powerful monsters creates a sense of progression and keeps you engaged for hours on end.
