New factions are neat and the new units just add in more micromanaging.
The multiplayer is full of 10+year veterans so it's a tough game to get into without being bullied.

This is a fantastic game. The writing is some of the best and funniest dialogue I've ever seen. Pet-Pal is a must for a first time play-through.

The world building and differing cultures of the races really makes them stand out among the sea of unimaginative fantasy games out there. The companions all have interesting stories, however some are more interesting than others.

The best thing about the game though is its combat. Definitely the best thing about the game. Learning the mechanics and building your character's skills up to the point where you one shot groups of enemies never gets old.

Still working on finishing the reworked final acts. When the game first released the last few acts tapered off into mediocrity but they've apparently changed them up to be more engaging.

Buy this game!

Just use a shortsword and thrust, nothing else will beat it.
