After continued development after release CS:GO is finally at a state where I can say it is a worthy addition to the CS series. It brings CSS on a newer version of the source engine and considering its standing as a competitive game, is continually balanced to ensure fairness and versitility amongst the maps and the weapons. Ranked play gives this game a much longer lifetime than previous iterations of the series and encourages high level but accessable play.

Though if the game goes on sale, wait until a ban wave before playing ranked to avoid cheaters. Cheating is one of the only downsides for this game and becomes more common at higher ranks.
