Everyday Genius SquareLogic is a puzzle game that strongly resembles Sudoku, with a few extra game mechanics derived from basic math.

Cogs is a puzzle game that involves connecting different gears together to make things spin.

I have played these games enough to state with confidence that they do not contain the elements that you find objectionable. Both are available on Steam.
