i drew lots of gay fanart of this game for some reason so thats a good sign that is good

It's the most complete release of Arcade/Future Tone to this day and highly moddable so might as well go for this one (although at the price of Denuvo completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over your framerate sometimes, as expected)
It also took me 73 hours of rhythm game gameplay to get the achievement for playing it for 39 hours for some reason

I still don't quite understand why we got this instead of FES, which is considerably better, but even ignoring that this port is incredibly lackluster: no QoL improvements (forget about choosing which skills a fusion persona will inherit), horribly upscaled background art and it suffers from the same butchered and muffled sound issues the Nocturne port has, which are impossible to ignore in battles which are you know, 60% of the game.
As for P3P itself, this is my first time playing it instead of FES, and i wouldn't recommend it as anyone's introduction to P3 either: no animated cutscenes and no 3D models or environments (the game is presented exclusively in a visual novel style), which barely balance the new additions of a female protagonist and the new characters that come with her; you should preferably experience P3P after experiencing the original.
I got this as a gift (thank you mya <3) but otherwise i wouldn't have bought it not only because of all the issues at hand but because of the bloated regional price (ARS); thanks for nothing again Atlus

What everyone else is saying, seemed really promising at first but dips and turns into a let-down, reeks of youtuber bait, the artstyle at times gets all over the place, the final segment is a joke that completely breaks all pacing and mood the game could have set; bummer cuz it seemed promising

Unless you are that well invested in the characters for the sidestories or just want to support Salvato himself, there's no reason to play this version instead of the original, free version of the game
Spoilers: there is, as far as i can tell from my first play, NO new horror content, minus some very small changes to certain sprites, plus the whole file managing concept has been moved to a fake OS that is within the game, actually breaking the inmersion the original had , and while the new content is appreciated, it is simply not what i was interested in when i bought this

Also...they added a warning saying that all of the characters in-game are of legal age, really gets the noggin' joggin' when they didn't fix Natsuki saying she's younger than the others
