The true cbt experience

This game used to be fun in the past. I played the old EN released version of the game by GameForge and to be perfectly honest, although it had its own issues I believe it was a better experience.

First of all, not only the Global Lion Games version makes you install an "anti-cheat" that is basically a spyware (which you have to find a way online how to uninstall manually since it doesn't get removed with the game when you uninstall the game), it is also a huge cash grab.
There are 2 kinds of subscriptions, one is a battle pass and the other is just giving you rewards every like month or week. On top of that, there is also the cosmetic shop where you can only get them for spending real life currency.

Apart from that, all I can say is that the gameplay got a little worse than the previous version. It sure is nice to get gear every 5 levels so you can progress the game normally but it just feels like you don't get any challenge at all, and all you do is just button mash or grind your life out. I have managed to experience this game both solo and group play and honestly, it is boring.

It is a shame that a game I loved and spent some money for in the previous version is gone and has been turned into a cash grab and waste of time.

Edit: I know the previous version from GameForge had some of the issues I listed above too. (Such as, the anti cheat with its bad reputation for being a spyware and the cash grab p2w ingame shop it had)
My main focus in this review though was to point out how the game feels like it has been decreasing in difficulty and as a result not providing any challenge to new players whatsoever which in the end doesn't give satisfaction.

Some people may argue that later on in end game the difficulty gets harder but it spikes immediately once you reach a certain lvl and it is kinda frustrating to some players.

If you want to play this game and don't mind any of the things I listed above, then I believe it will be the game for you. This game can be fun once you don't mind any of those things.
If you worry about the risks with the anti-cheat then I'd suggest to keep away until they actually do something about it.

I brought a new dinosaur to life and punched it by accident. It instantly died and I regret my life decisions.

A very good simulation of the feeling of being gangbanged by 3+ different enemy squads while you are waiting for your miserable death.
UPDATE:
EA got too greedy now. Monetization got worse and all they want is your money.

I really highly recommend this game for Neptunia fans. If ur looking for a good mainline franchice title then this the game for u. I've seen some comparison between this game and the remake VIIR and I think this one is much better.
