Probably the most value I've ever received from buying a game.

Everything about this game feels so good. First off, the dev team is made of some of the most diligent and focused people on the planet. They are constantly updating the game, adding new features and posting about their most recent work. The game itself is astoundingly fun. It has a slight learning curve, but all you really need is a cursory understanding of the mechanics and a lot of creativity. This game really allows you to play however you want to, it is totally free form and a great environment to try new things.

If you're the kind of person who enjoys Tekkit or KSP and you want to just let your mind go wild as you execute your next plan, buy this game.

It makes sense that this was GOTY 2019.

Sekiro isn't your typical Souls-like game. Sure, there are combat elements which are vaguely reminiscent of the unforgiving gameplay of Dark Souls, but Sekiro is a different beast entirely. The combat in this game feels like nothing I've ever experienced in any other game. Without spoiling too much about the specifics, the game allows you to choose your own strategies, anything is valid if you work hard enough, as well as learn new ones which can help you against unique foes.

If you like challenging games and want to feel like a badass, this is the game for you.

One of the best games I've ever played. Story is compelling, gameplay is fantastic, great leveling system, lots of different play styles and replay value. Worth a buy!

I love Arkane Studios, I really do. I mean my account picture is the Mark of the Outsider from Dishonored! But so far I'm experiencing the same issues in this game as I did in Dishonored 2. Maybe my computer just doesn't particularly like games form Arkane Studios, but I find that Prey is optimized very poorly for PC. I've uninstalled it from my computer as the game is literally unplayable, and I plan I redownloading once they patch this mess. I have a GTX Titan Black and I definitely wasn't expecting that it would be at 100% load while I run this game on average settings. I really wanted to like this game, but I can't play it. Maybe buy it after a patch, but right now save your money.

Let me start by saying; if you haven't heard of this game, then you don't get out enough. I've been replaying this game a bit more, and decided it was high time to write a review when looking at buying the DLC (which I also reccommend)

Dishonored, at it's core is a fisrt-person action-adventure stealth based game, with a great story that everyone can enjoy. I believe this was really one of the first games that said, "Here you go, you've got your world, your powers, you play this game your way!" And it really pays off.

The setting is an old Victorian Dystopia with some technologies that we today do not have. You are the Empress's Royal Bodyguard, and you're returning from an escapade in which you inquired other cities for aid during an ongoing plague caused by rats. That plague takes it's tole on the city, with most of it's citizens becoming infected, and survivors roaming the streets is rare. I'll save what happens next for you due to spoilers. But I don't even know why I'm not spoiling, it's like the first 10 minutes.

The story of Dishonored really touched me, and when I played each of the differrent endings, I genuinely felt extreme emotion towards characters that are quite brilliantly built.

The gameplay in this game is AMAZING for both seasoned stealth veterans and those new to the stealth genre. Different difficulty settings really do affect how enemies react to different situations. Harder difficulty means you're easier to detect, and the enemies are harder to fight. The first person perspective is different from most stealth based games which are generally 3rd person, but it really just makes the game all the more engaging. With a wide variety of different gadgets, mixed with your own powers and passive abilities, you really can play the game however you want to play it, and it is AWESOME.

Honestly, Dishonored is my favorite game of all time, and the best port of it is on the PC. It is a MUST buy for everyone. And I will recommend it to EVERYONE.

Early Access Review
Quite possibly the inspiration for titanfall, this game houses many of the same qualities. Despite the fact that this is only early access on steam, Hawken has been around for quite some time. It does have many differences though, such as boosting, which is the equivelent to sprinting, and the ability to fly, and the inability to be a normal human at any point in the game.
