As I start the simulation, it had asked to put on the head-mounted device. I didn't know their tech is outdated for this stuff. In Meta, we've already created holograms and motion capture simulations. I suppose it is to simulate the world within the unknowns of the universe. Upon wear of the HMD, it had strapped itself onto my head with perfection. I should not have doubt on their technology after all. This simulation must be for all species. With the simulation beginning, thus the start of the program called "Faster Than Light". Quite the joy I have felt already as the soundtrack is soothing.
Now that I thought of it, sound can't be played through space.

During the simulation, it had directed me to a selection of ships of the Federation. The Kestrel, Osprey and many more. It comes in with a pre-set ship loadout and a few crewmates. I had to rename one of them to my name of course. Although it looks simple, it is less complicated than using the other ships. It might as well be better to get a grip on what is it about.

Even if I do not know how everything worked, I began the simulation anyways and the event is set course on a rebellion ambush at the base of the Federation.
