Bought this despite the negative reviews, tried modding the controls to make it playable, but ultimately gave up as nothing worked out for me on Pico 4.

A shame considering how decent the game would be if it controlled properly

I've just discovered one of, if not the best rythm games of all-time

Playing this after going through MWIII 2023's campaign is a good reminder to how an actual COD campaign should be - action movie from the start to the finish.

I'm a simple man. I see Jeanne (Alter), I buy.

Overhyped and overrated, especially at its current state. The people comparing it to BF3,4 or even 2042 are delusional.

That being said, it's still a fun game and most battlefield players will feel right at home. It's impressive to see what a small indie team can accomplish, but it still needs a lot of work :
- the lighting/visibility is awful (roblox-style is not an excuse)
- audio design, wether it's weapon sounds or projectiles around you, could use a lot of work
- maps are pretty terrible
- UI/UX needs improvement
- movement lacks fluidity and responsiveness

Wouldn't recommend over an actual battlefield, but it's a good alternative if for some reason you can't/won't play battlefield.

The game's been well-worked and much-improved since beta/launch.

There are still a few hiccups here and there, with movement and netcode feeling a bit disjointed imo, but it's still a solid modern battlefield experience. Map pool and gunplay is alright & specialists can be "ignored" since classes have been re-introduced.

Definitely worth picking up on sale!

Platinum Games' masterpiece, and one of the best games of all time.

Entertaining, despite being poorly written at times.
