It's exactly what you'd expect from a Sniper Elite title. Realistic sniping, detailed headshots (and nutshots), slow motion for when you get that perfect shot on a target, plus a good amount of weapon customization and causing havoc in stealth is fun.
I've heard some people complain about this one, but I've yet to find any serious issues (though that may just be because this is my first Sniper Elite game). Gameplay is smooth, and the story is enjoyable. The only issue I would put forth is the large amount of DLC spread across two seasons, some of which isn't too highly rated (I only have the campaign DLCs and free weapon packs, got them during a Winter Sale).

Regardless, this is a good place to get into Sniper Elite. Or you can get SE4. Depends on who you want to listen to in the grand scheme.

While this game is still in early development (2 years at least versus Derail Valley's 7), what the small team that is Giraffe Lab has done is quite impressive so far. Waypoint mode and the 'Auto Engineer' allow you to cut back on having to babysit your trains, and the process of growing your workload and accessible areas helps this game stand out in spite of still being worked on. Also, this game has Multiplayer support, which DV still doesn't have at this time.

Seriously? Why are you reading this? It's Skyrim for PC. You can mod it. You can climb that mountain. It's been rereleased ad nauseum for a reason. Just buy it.

I got a VR headset just to play this after the Overhauled update dropped a few years back.
While Train Simulators are nothing new on Steam, Derail Valley's position of being VR-compatible mixed with the 'choose your own adventure' nature of how you take jobs and licenses can turn what might normally feel like just another train sim into something that can stand out from a market dominated by N3V's Trainz and Dovetail's Train Simulator.

Are you annoyed? Do you find yourself personally repulsive? Do you feel like you want to take your anger out on life or bla de dah something or other that ends in explosions? Then play Postal 2. Is it old? Yes. Will it crash? If you use the shotgun a lot, yes. Would you like to sign my petition? Yes.

Take a stop back to when games were fun, why don'tcha? Try and be a samaritan or just take it all out. I don't know if I'm even convincing anyone at this point but oh well.

TL;DR: Postal 2 old but fun. Play it.

You may remember that I used to have a negative review for this game. That was in 1.0. Five extra versions later and holy cow I feel the insanity rising in me as I build custom warships. 2000s-era-style graphics give a nostalgic vibe as you build a ship and figure out all the little tidbits you want to put in it. You'll start small or elaborate-yet-ineffective, but as you figure out what you can do you'll make crack battlewagons with crack crews blowing away anything that putters into range. Combined with what I assume to be increasing leniency in where you can mount stuff (guns on the elevated points and towers in the pits), everything has changed for the better.
However, there's still no aircraft carriers, no submarines, no custom factions or campaigns, and no workshop support, so keep that in mind. And combat can still be an RNG crapshoot.
Needless to say, UA:D isn't at full potential yet, but it's closer now than it was before.

Let me start this off by saying that I already hate fighting games and the sheer finger-breaking you have to do to get winning combos and not lose to an infinite combo from the other guy.
Let me also tell you that there was a time when Skullgirls felt like it was top of the world on Steam in the realm of PC fighting games, combining good fanservice with amazing art, music, and an interested community.
Now? Any goodwill brought back by the developers with the game's revival via the introduction of Annie was thrown out the window. First with the mediocre Black Dahlia DLC's story, followed in short order by the developers actively removing fanservice (one of the game's selling points), pulling out various major plot points, and even going so far as deleting content from the game's offical digital artbook (even if you own a copy, they'll wipe what you paid for). And the developers have responded to the backlash by basically spitting in the players' faces in private.

Do not spend a penny on Skullgirls. If you have a backbone, delete the game from your account entirely (Though I doubt that will happen given how short the War Thunder and Reddit protests were). I have nothing but contempt for Hidden Variable and Future Club for what they are doing to this masterpiece, and they deserve every bit of criticism they are getting.

This is coming from someone who hasn't played for at least 1-2 years as of writing and only ever played tanks in arcade mode, but all of my points still stand...

War Thunder is nothing short of one of the greatest examples of how foul the world of multiplayer games has become, (alongside Overwatch 2's PVE getting cancelled after three years of Blizzard promising PVE would happen) all for the sake of milking communities for every dime they have.
- The recent economy update has made some vehicles unviable to play with due to how much in-game currency they swallow up to be maintained, to the point they only become profitable if you're able to end the match with a NUKE.
- Premium vehicles are overpowered.
- Close Air Support is often used for 'revenge strikes.'
- If you die a lot, you get next to nothing... like me.
- The grind is abysmal to make you spend money, and it only gets worse the higher you go in the tiers. Events are even worse.
- Vehicle tiers are heavily compressed and filled with 'duplicates', causing older vehicles to get into fights with newer ones that they have no chance of beating.
- I watched Spookston shoot a Stinger missile that JUMPED OVER A HELICOPTER. WHY.
- Volumetric shells have ruined the strategies for taking on many tanks, making their weak points either nigh-impossible to pierce or just outright impossible to pierce.
- No good tutorial.
- No practice/co-op standard matches against bots.
- Very limited on how many maps you want to opt out of when queuing.
- Devs have refused to balance the game and decompress the tiers because, in their words, it would increase...
Q U E U E T I M E S.

In short, there are no words to describe how much I have come to hate this game. I never got past the first Sherman, and I ultimately got so fed up with the grind that I deleted the whole game. With how broken the game has become, people are right to be angry and voice what they find wrong. The Devs have since descended into a fit of damage control and are now deleting reviews, and look to be preparing to pull from Steam altogether in response to the backlash they've gotten from destroying the War Thunder experience.
But personally, I'm not shedding any tears if that happens.

Update: It's as if nothing ever happened. You disappoint me, fellow gamers. >:/
