I've just played my 1000th hour of this game making it my most played game of all time by a looong shot. Played the game from Vanilla to GnK and soon through to BNW. It just keeps me coming back for more and more! I've enjoyed every minute I have played and with the expansions and patches Civ V has evolved into a truly polished game :)
