Its one of the best ever made, the problem is since lunch valve dosnt encourage players to play legit, so community become toxic becouse of cheaters in my opinion 50% of them play with cheats becouse valve anti cheat dosnt have a good live ban to stop them immediately and becouse of this the comunity suffer a big lose. On the other hand this game need a change, community also wait for a new engine like source 2 or panoramic ui becouse the game will run the full potential of the computer like 8 core cpu support, after all this is the future (multicore)
I have few recommandation for valve also that will improve the game dramatically:
-better overwatch reward becouse encourage people to use it more( more xp, better rewards, or new options :) )
-if a player of a team get ban, the team who suffer a lose will get a win back (take the faceit example :) )
-better optimization of the game like source 2 and panoramic ui
-and spectator view, see throw the wall as spectator this option should be activate only for majors or minor as a commentator option or use 3 party authentification for use the spectator option for regular user, this will make impossible to use cheat ever, becouse cheat programs cant insert pin recived on the phone automatically, this way will be very easy to identify who is cheating
-and the last but not least better reward in majors or minors like dota 2
