darker in nature compared to the first two games, but still real. it had its funny moments too, but by no means was bad like others seem to be saying. what would you expect not playing as the sociopath this time around? of course it will be more grim. would recommend. could use some more options and endings though!

Permanently stuck in Chapter 11 because the catwalk loses collision and you can't jump across. Several other people have reported this same issue. Apparently there's a workaround that requires buying the deluxe edition? Ok.

Lags out constantly. Crashes every hour or two. Audio keeps desyncing during cutscenes. The list of problems goes on from there.

But if you're reading this, you probably already knew an adventure game with Behaviour's name on it would be terrible.

Despite its fantastic soundtrack and pixel art, this game is infuriating with stuff like:

* Enemies crawling out of the walls at you without warning
* Enemy projectiles going through walls while yours don't
* Getting stun-locked into lava
* Enemies hiding beyond screen edges so when it scrolls, you get hit without warning

Really frustrating. If I had to recommend a more fluid game in the same genre, I'd recommend one of the Ori games.

That said, the ending is fantastic. It feels like they put more effort into the story than the gameplay.

I love the banter and conversations in this game. It's all presented in a way that sucks you in, creeps you out (often), and goes through twists and turns in a crazy adventure that's easy to pick up and play. Best game I've played in forever.
