Surprisingly pretty, but my 1080 struggles.

I loved The New Order, but I'm not thrilled with this one.

Aside from the obvious technical issues (like the fact that I had to fight to get it to even run, or that it crashes every chance it gets, or that it's console level ugly on my GTX1080 set to ultra...) It's just not... fun. The difficulty doesn't feel fair. The indication that you're being shot at is not as apparant as it needs to be, with not even an audio cue (that I can hear) and a barely descriptive, vague red haze, means you'll die before you realise you're getting hit many times. The checkpoint system doesn't help, putting checkpoints too far between each other, and at inopportune times. And having to mash E to grab health pickups and armor because the auto-pickup rarely does is very clumsy and tedious. To top it off, in many places I've seen so far, the writing is very cringey.

Don't buy this until they fix it, and even then... maybe wait for a sale.

It's a great game, but get the 360 version if you can. It seems all but impossible to run on Windows 7+.

I highly suggest this game. It's inexpensive, fun, and challenging. Some things require googling, like the auto-turrets, but with friends... Really enjoyable.

I definitely recomend this one. The gameplay was fun, and the story was pretty good. The ending left me wanting more (a good thing since there will be more episodes.)
