How to play on a mac without huge fps drops:
Search for Script Editor on your mac. Enter in this script with your username and password, instead of just default.

Select "File -> Export. . ." and change the type from "Script" to "Application."
Make sure you make a desktop shortcut for CSGO.
It won't make a huge difference, but it will be noticable. Somehow CSGO will be somewhat playable.

Only recommended for Silvers, if you're not. Don't ruin the experience for others...
